By using Broom, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use.
1. Presentation
Broom is a wellness application offering:
- Food and nutrition tracking
- Sports advice and wellness routines
- Daily motivation
- AI Avatar for Premium subscribers
Broom is not a medical service and does not replace a healthcare professional.
2. Access and features
Freemium (Free)
- Basic wellness tracking (mood, sleep, hydration)
- Simple sports programs
- Meal and barcode scanning, food search (simple analysis)
Premium (Paid)
- All Freemium features +
- Personalized AI Avatar: virtual coach, emotional tracking, motivation, goals, advanced routines
- Advanced meal/barcode scanning: intelligent analysis, alternatives, complete history
- Personalized sports and nutrition programs
3. Registration and account
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Accurate information required
- Password confidentiality must be respected
4. Premium subscription
- Payment via App Store / Play Store
- Automatic renewal
- Cancellation possible at any time via the store
- No refund for current period (except legal obligations)
5. Personal data
Collection limited to what is necessary:
- Profile, scans, wellness tracking, preferences
- Processing in compliance with GDPR

6. Responsibilities
- Broom does not replace a doctor
- The user remains responsible for their sports and dietary actions
- Broom is not responsible for the results obtained
7. Suspension / deletion
Broom may suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with the Terms, fraud or abuse.
8. Intellectual property
All application content (text, design, AI Avatar, interface) is protected. Any reproduction is prohibited.
9. Modifications
Broom may modify the Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.
